Ivan worked with us to fix up a property in Hammond LA. We are out of state real estate investors and just recently purchased this home and was in need of a reliable, communicative, and experienced contractor.  There was a very bad dog odor issue and cosmetic repairs needed to get this home in good shape. Ivan set us up with his wife’s company to deep clean the home while his crew did the cosmetic work. The communication was incredible, he constantly updated us with photos and videos of the home, and even finished a few days ahead of schedule.
