Ivan worked with us to fix up a property in Hammond LA. We are out of state real estate investors and just recently purchased this home and was in need of a reliable, communicative, and experienced contractor.  There was a very bad dog odor issue and cosmetic repairs needed to get this home in good shape. Ivan set us up with his wife’s company to deep clean the home while his crew did the cosmetic work. The communication was incredible, he constantly updated us with photos and videos of the home, and even finished a few days ahead of schedule. When LA Painting was recommended to me, I was hoping I would get a honest company who would be fair on pricing and who would do a good job that would honor their work. I called LA Painting and he showed tge next morning,Saturday, to review the interior of my home. When he left, he told me he would get back with me that day with a good price. He did exactly what he said he would do. On top of that, he showed up first thing Monday morning as promised and everyday after until done. LA Painting did a fabulous job and then all my furniture and curtains  were put back where they belonged, and they even hung my shower curtain back up for me after the Painting was done.
